If you want to make an exchange, please ensure that the items are in original condition with all original tags attached, please send within 14 days of shipping date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and a return authorization number.
To receive a return authorization number, email exchange@kniq.com.hk, and provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to exchange and reason for the exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Goods should be sent within 2 days of receiving your RA number. We will process your exchange as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days for your exchange to be processed. We have the right to deny exchange if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
